Nanticoke Maritime LLC warrants that SternMate thermoplastic and formed components are warranted against failure from manufacturing defects to the original owner and boat upon which installed for its lifetime. Fading, alteration, abuse, accident, improper installation or failure from use other than the manufacturers' intended purpose is not warranted. Removal of SternMate™ products from watercraft, or any expense related thereto, shall be the responsibility of the owner. Failed components will be inspected by the company to determine warranty eligibility.
