Following C Marine Industries warrants that SternMate components are manufactured of the finest thermoplastic resins and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This warranty is non-transferable and is provided to the original purchaser. Following C Marine Industries will replace the defective SternMate thermoplastic components to the purchaser for the life of the boat upon which it is installed. Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of the SternMate thermoplastic components due to manufacturing defects as determined by us. We will not be liable for any reason or manner labor to remove or replace any SternMate brand product. Proof of purchase to the original purchaser must be provided for claim consideration

Shipping costs of returned defective parts shall be the responsibility of the claimant.
